Sorority Consultant Training Announced for July 23, 2015; Registration Open

Phired Up Productions is proud to announce a special training day for SORORITY consultants and headquarters professionals that will take place on Thursday, July 23rd, 2015. Registration is now open (scroll down to register your organization's consultants).

Below is the official announcement:

We know that most of our consultant visits revolve around one of two things: recruitment and/or risk management. Why not let the nation's experts on sorority recruitment train your consultants this year for one of the largest parts of their job? Phired Up has been training sorority consultants from a variety of Inter/National organizations for the last 7 years. This year, we are again pleased to offer an opportunity for consultants from a wide array of NPC organizations to gather together to learn how they can help chapters grow through a values-centered, research-based, relationship-focused recruitment philosophy.

Throughout the course of the day, Phired Up's sorority experts will teach consultants how to prepare chapters to: have meaningful conversations in formal recruitment, have closing conversations in preference round, navigate COB and year-round recruitment, talk about the sorority in a powerful way, deal with PNM concerns, use their values to select potential members, and have values-centered conversations,

PLUS we'll share our ground-breaking research-based curriculum on member retention AND teach basic facilitation skills so they can effectively teach these skills to chapter leaders and members. Every participant will get a Sorority Recruitment Resource Pack with books, workbooks and more, so they are loaded with resources and ready to hit the road.

Our Phriends at Alpha Sigma Alpha have graciously offered to host our full-day of training this year (their office is located at 9002 Vincennes Circle | Indianapolis, IN 46268-3018). We'd love to spend the day with your traveling team.

Cost is $75 and includes breakfast, lunch, the training, and the resource pack. Schedule will run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
