Carmel, Ind. -- We are Phired Up to announce the dates for the (Seventh Annual) Fraternal Growth Summit, to be held in Indianapolis, IN!

Please Save the Date - June 30, 2016 - for this innovative conference focused on training new fraternity and sorority staff to be successful helping undergraduate chapters grow and start new chapters.

Over the past seven years we have heard and seen remarkable growth results following this event. Several fraternity staff have set new personal bests in the area of recruitment performance.

When asked about the Fraternal Growth Summit, Vice President Woody Woodcock remarked, "At Phired Up we remain in relentless pursuit to train, coach and equip each individual participant to GROW into the best version of themselves in the area of recruitment. Each year we help raise up the next generation of the best fraternity and sorority staffs in the country through this training opportunity. Our team of educators is driven to keep this event relevant and powerful for all attendees."

Special Announcement, we are pleased to be able to also be providing, for the third year, a half-day track for Directors. Come and engage with those leaders in the field and lets GROW together in community.

Fraternal Growth Summit:

Thursday, June 30th 8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

In its third year, the Fraternal Growth Summit aims to bring fraternity and sorority mid-to-high level growth professionals (chapter growth & expansion/extension) together to talk about growth, share resources, and present data from important growth research. This portion of the event will take place on the morning of June 30th. Phired Up, along with industry experts, will facilitate the conversation and share important data with participants. Attendees can choose to stay for just the morning collaborative conversation ($29 -- includes light breakfast and coffee) or for the full day and participate in afternoon educational opportunities geared specifically for staff members who are responsible for leading growth for their organization and supervising growth staff ($115 for full day). 


Fraternity Expansion/Recruitment Consultant & Staff Training:

Thursday, June 30th 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

For the 7th year, Phired Up will be hosting the industry-leading full-day recruitment and expansion training for all fraternity consultants, expansion professionals, chapter services team members, and recruitment/expansion directors. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from the industry leading recruitment experts at Phired Up, TechniPhi, and Innova. Our main objective is to position your field team to be performing at their best in the results-producing activities that will GROW your organization.

We will offer FOUR TRACKS:
Track 1: Recruitment (For Chapter Services Staff): Focused on teaching and coaching chapters to grow.
Track 2: Expansion (For Expansion Staff): Focused on best practices and building skills to execute on-the-ground expansion projects.
Track 3: Advanced (for 2nd/3rd Year Field Staff): Focused on building advanced recruitment education and coaching techniques.
Track 4: Directors: Focused on coaching and management of teams, best practices and industry trends. Directors will spend the morning in the Fraternal Growth Summit.

Team Level Coaching

Championship teams need regular practice to hone their skills and work together best. Our coaches will work with a Director and their team to prepare for game-time in the same way teams prepare through film, drills, and game plans.

Community Coaching:
(3 Coaching Calls with Interfraternal Staff July-September, $150)
Powerful learning comes from working with other teams and other team leaders. Our coaches will work with a collaborative group of interfraternal directors to focus on building a culture of team excellence and learn best practices from one another.
