Carmel, Ind. -- Each year fraternity/sorority headquarters professionals and industry experts gather together in Indiana for a day of powerful discussion, education, and collaboration to GROW the fraternity/sorority movement. This event has grown significantly every year -- it has become a major industry event that sets the tone for the growth of the entire fraternal movement for the year to come. Last year nearly 150 fraternal professionals descended upon Indianapolis, representing 34 inter/national sororities and fraternities from all over the country to collaboratively discuss how to grow the movement. Representatives from the NIC, NPC, and NALFO were in attendance.
The 2015 FRATERNAL GROWTH SUMMIT and FRATERNITY EXPANSION/RECRUITMENT STAFF TRAINING will take place on June 22nd, and registration is now open.

FRATERNAL GROWTH SUMMIT
In its second year, the Fraternal Growth Summit aims to bring fraternity and sorority mid-to-high level growth professionals (chapter growth & expansion/extension) together to talk about growth, share resources, and present data from important growth research. This portion of the event will take place on the morning of June 22nd. Phired Up, along with industry experts, will facilitate the conversation and share important data with participants. Attendees can choose to stay for just the morning collaborative conversation ($25 -- includes light breakfast and coffee) or for the full day and participate in afternoon educational opportunities geared specifically for staff members who are responsible for leading growth for their organization and supervising growth staff ($105 for full day). FRATERNITY EXPANSION/RECRUITMENT STAFF TRAINING
For the 6th year, Phired Up will be hosting the industry-leading full-day recruitment and expansion training for all fraternity consultants, expansion professionals, chapter services team members, and recruitment/expansion directors. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from the industry leading recruitment experts at Phired Up, TechniPhi, and Innova. Our main objective is to position your field team to be performing at their best in the results-producing activities that will GROW your organization.
We will offer FOUR TRACKS:
Track 1: Recruitment (For Chapter Services Staff): Focused on teaching and coaching chapters to grow.
Track 2: Expansion (For Expansion Staff): Focused on best practices and building skills to execute on-the-ground expansion projects.
Track 3: Advanced (for 2nd/3rd Year Field Staff): Focused on building advanced recruitment education and coaching techniques.
Track 4: Directors: Focused on coaching and management of teams, best practices and industry trends. Directors will spend the morning in the Fraternal Growth Summit.
